With a successful track record in rapidly scaling businesses, she excels in building robust people functions while preserving culture and engagement. Serving as a CPO, Advisor, and Board Member for Founder-led businesses, Chris is passionate about fostering employee engagement through exceptional leadership, firmly believing that culture starts at the top. Eager to share her expertise, she guides businesses at different growth stages as a part-time CPO, leveraging her scaling business experience to establish ‘Foundations for Scale’.
